Project Description
The team at Engen Fitness spent several years developing their new ‘Active Motion Platform’, a Cardio / Core / Strength / Stretch machine that provides users with a zero-impact workout based on natural movement and body weight in motion, instead of exertion. IdeaWorks conceptualized and illustrated the protective housing panels that protected users from the machines moving parts while also providing facility staff an easy routine to clean and sanitize the machine after use. We were also responsible for developing the interface and control components to assure the user experience was relaxed and comfortable; a key ingredient to making sure users return to the their workout on a regular basis.
