Project Description

The Noraxon Ultium-EMG is an advanced Electromyography system that uses an array of Micro-EMG sensors to precisely capture, synchronize and analyze high-fidelity biomechanics data in real-time.  The Pods, which are packed with hardware, were designed to be light weight, easy to clean, and dock-able to a charging / data harvesting station.  The radio tower was designed to make a powerful visual statement, while also pushing its array or internal antennas well above nearby computing hardware to maximize sensor reception regardless of the patients physical activity.  The lower portion of the tower was designed with a heavy cast base to provide users with a low center of gravity and good footing that counteracts the heavy row of computing cables tethered to the device.
