Designers of the original AR15 / M16 / M4 Assault Rifles never intended the magazine well to be used as a grip area, but for tactical users in close-combat situations, this location provides the greatest control for close-quarters urban maneuvering. The Never Quit Grip is designed to easily mount to this area, and thoughtfully enhance the close-grip technique; without being affected by adverse weather conditions.
